Our Director started his process improvement journey in a large multi-national listed company. While working at that company he built several business tools to manage financial budgets, projects, reporting and data analyses tools.
Our customers tend to be smaller businesses who are struggling to systemize their processes or larger businesses with specific problems they need help with (often of a complex or technical nature).
We are a small business, so we don’t have the capacity to take on a review and solution build for large businesses who are looking for multiple complex improvement projects to happen simultaneously.
We are problem solvers, we are effective and we are conscious of businesses tight budgets. We’ve never provided a 6-figure quote for anything and don’t expect to and most of our solutions have no ongoing costs.
